*Details of the VIP Package will be emailed to buyers about one week before the show. 

*VIP Packages are non-transferable. The name in the billing information will be the name on the VIP List

For events that are Will Call, you will be able to pick up your tickets the night of the show at the venue by showing an ID. 

For events that offer Mail, you should receive your tickets one week prior to the event.
